You don’t need fixing. You deserve understanding.

Trauma-informed and neurodivergent-affirming therapy and supervision.

Exceptionally You is about becoming more fully yourself, rather than trying to become someone different.

Many people spend years adapting, masking, or holding things together for everyone else. Therapy can be a place to step out of that pressure and begin to understand yourself more clearly.

For me, being exceptionally me means living in alignment with my values, being kind to others without losing myself, and allowing space for both grounded reality and a little bit of magic.

My hope for this work is that the people I meet with can discover what being exceptionally them might look like.

Who I Work With

The people who find their way here are often thoughtful and reflective, and may be navigating some of the following:

  • Neurodivergent people (including ADHD and autistic clients)

  • Parents of neurodivergent children seeking support and understanding

  • People navigating trauma or complex life experiences

  • Those experiencing burnout, masking fatigue, or identity questions

  • Thoughtful people who feel they have been “holding things together” for a long time

  • Practitioners seeking neurodivergent-affirming clinical supervision or reflective practice space

At its heart, this work is about understanding yourself more clearly and creating space to live in a way that feels aligned with who you are — becoming more fully, and perhaps more peacefully, exceptionally you.

How I approach this work

My approach to therapy is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity. Rather than trying to change who you are, our work focuses on understanding your experiences more clearly and exploring what might help life feel more aligned with your values and way of being.

I take a trauma-informed and neurodivergent-affirming approach, with a particular interest in the ways people learn to adapt to environments that don’t always recognise difference.

My work is trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, and inclusive of LGBTQIA+ identities and experiences.
